Over recent months, in fact since Covid and lockdown, couriers have struggled with deliveries and openly admit that late deliveries and losses are high. Please understand that should this happen to your parcel, we will do everything we can to rectify the situation. Please contact us as soon as possible. To help alleviate this, we offer delivery by different couriers. Please select your preferred courier / postage option at checkout.

If for any reason you are not happy with a product, we offer a straightforward return or exchange policy to ensure your peace of mind. Please note, in order to keep postage costs as competitive as possible we do not pay return postage and will deduct any postage you have paid for delivery from your refund.
