For animal health and safety reasons we will not accept a return where the packaging has been damaged or the item has been soiled in any way. PLEASE MEASURE YOUR RET CAREFULLY BEFORE ORDERING. If you need help or advice please contact us giving a phone number where possible, we will endeavour to reply quickly. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURN ON THE BASIS OF WRONG SIZE ORDERED. In ALL CASES, where a refund is agreed, the postage cost out will be deducted from any refund due.
